YGS3612B CNC-III型高速干、濕切臥式數(shù)控滾齒機采用展成法原理，通過數(shù)控系統(tǒng)電
子齒輪箱(EGB)功能，實現(xiàn)分齒運動和差動補償運動。能完成圓柱齒輪、斜齒
輪、鼓形齒輪、蝸輪及花鍵等齒的加工。
本機床為高速數(shù)控滾齒機，非常適合于儀器、儀表制造行業(yè)、汽車、摩托車行業(yè)， 微型減速機行業(yè)及國防軍工等企業(yè)的小模數(shù)齒輪大批量加工。

Adopted with principle of generating method and CNC EGB,to achieve gear rack movement and differential compensation,Dry or wet cutting,horizontal type,YGS3612B CNC-III gear hobbing machine is available to precisely produce cylindrical gear,helical gear,drum gear,worm gear and spline etc.
This model is widely applied for large production of small module gears in the Industries of instruments/apparatus,electric tools,motorcycle/auto,reducer motor and aeronautics/astronautics or defense military field etc.
主要特點MAIN FEATURES:
1、本機床為七軸四聯(lián)動，七個數(shù)控軸為:
A一滾刀架回轉運動
B一滾刀主軸回轉運動
C一工作臺主軸箱回轉運動
X一徑向進給運動
Y一切向進給運動
Z一軸向進給運動
U-尾座頂尖運動
四個聯(lián)動軸為:B軸、C軸、X軸、Z軸;
2、采用電子齒輪箱(EGB)實現(xiàn)分齒運動和差動補償運動;
3、快退保護功能:在斷電或發(fā)生故障按下急停時，同步快退讓刀，避免損壞刀具;
4、具有故障診斷及報警顯示功能;
5、具有二次切削對刀功能:在齒輪粗滾熱處理后，精加工硬度HRC59°±2°的硬齒面加工;
6、滾刀主軸采用伺服電機直聯(lián)驅動，減少了傳動環(huán)節(jié)誤差，提高機床的運動精度，配置加強型刀架體，提高切削剛性和加工精度。
7、工件主軸采用高精度齒輪副實現(xiàn)高速高精度分度，并具有消除間隙裝置;
8、具有干、濕切功能:選用合適的滾刀可進行高速干式切削;
9、加工精度可達G B / T 10095.1-2008的6級，齒面粗糙度為Ra1.6u m。

3,Backward protection function:when interruption of power or another kind of emergency synchronously retreat knife for protection.
4,Software for fault diagnostics and alarm show.
5,Precise cutter setting in the second cutting after hear treat in initial hobbing,up to the hardness of HRC59°±2°.
6,The hob spindle is directly driven by a servo motor, which reduces the error of the transmission link and improves the movement accuracy of the machine tool. It is equipped with an enhanced tool holder body to improve cutting rigidity and machining accuracy.
7,The workpiece spindle adopts high-precision gear pairs to achieve high-speed and high-precision indexing, and has a device for eliminating backlash
8,With dry and wet cutting functions: select suitable hobs for high-speed dry cutting
9,The machining accuracy can reach Grade 6 of G B/T 10095.1-2008, and the tooth surface roughness is Ra1.6μm.
